Fresh Salsa Whatever

This salsa is easy and can be home grown. Get crazy and add whatever is fresh in your garden (cucumber). None of the portions are exact. Ask yourself, what do you like?
Ingredients
- 2-4 med chopped tomato (canned tomato, off season) shopping list
- 1-3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1-2 med chopped onion shopping list
- 1-5 chopped jalapeno shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 cup chopped cilantro shopping list
- Lime/lemon juice shopping list
- Splash of tomato/V8 juice shopping list
How to make it
- Toss in a bowl and serve. The longer it sits, the better it gets. If you like, add a dash of cumin, chili powder, Spanish paprika...
