Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ricotta
  • 1 lb. rigatoni ( or any pasta)
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. boil pasta and drain
  2. put pasta in bowl and toss with ricotta
  3. you can use your own judgement on how much ricotta
  4. you want to use
  5. salt and pepper to taste
  6. enjoy
