I lived in North Little Rock until I was 29. Now, I'm in my 50's. Every time I would visit "home", I would have to go to US Pizza and drive thru Mex Chiquito's. I only ordered the cheese dip. Yummy! So I am going to try this recipe tonight. After researching, I will try this recipe minus the ketchup. I'm going to add sauce from a chili that I'm making in a crockpot today instead. I saw a comment about it and thought I would try it. I will update tomorrow.

The original was in North Little Rock, in Rose City. Dirt floors and all. It went downhill BAD when that one closed, the rest sucked and REALLY do nowadays.

I have yet to make this, but I will, in the meantime, try THIS recipe!! 2 cans Dennisons NO BEAN chili, one lb Velveeta Cheese. Heat chili and cut up Velveeta cheese until cheese is thoroughly melted, stir and enjoy with cut up french bread (or tortilla chips)
