Ingredients
  • 20 hot chillies stems removed.each cut in half
  • 5 peeled garlic cloves
  • 1.5 teaspoons citrus salt
  • 3 tablespoons slightly roasted coriandre seeds
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar or as needed
  • 1 large glass jar with tight fitting lid sterilized

Directions
  1. in an electric blender,put half of the the peppers and the peeled garlic.run the blender adding little of the vinegar. press peppers down with a wooden spoon. this will help with easily and finely mince the peppers and the garlic. add more vineger and continue running the blender,add the coriandre seeds slowly in order make sure the are finely grounded,add citrus salt slowly followed by the rest of the chillies . continue pressing down and slowly pouring the rest of the vinegar and make sure the final product mpt liquidy but medium thick.. put final product in a jar and close lid tight and put in the fridge. can keep for 2 months.
  2. this can be used with couscous,tagine or simply use as a side dish
  3. to dip bread in with grilled chicken and roasted veggies
  4. this is ra real hot sauce so suggest using surgical gloves and avoid
  5. couching your eyes or skin
