How to make it

  • Drain the beet liquid into a medium saucepan. To the liquid,add vinegar,sugar,cornstarch and salt. Bring to a boil over med-high heat. Reduce heat to medium;stir in beets and butter and cook till heated through.

    i do love harvard beets. I used to make them years ago , my 2 kids really liked them, but I forgot what I did to them. thanks

    I have never made beets before but had some in a salad a few months back and have almost bought a few for a trial. I'm keeping my eye on recipes like this.
