Harvard Beets Recipe

Harvard Beets Recipe
So simple but so good. Vinegar is a great compliment to beets. I use cider vinegar instead of white. Allrecipes

I have never made beets before but had some in a salad a few months back and have almost bought a few for a trial. I'm keeping my eye on recipes like this.

Yummy - love these. Our family has enjoyed a similar recipe for years. Thanks for the post - will try yours for a new spin on an old favorite.

Made 'em... the best! I used fresh beets when I can and add some shredded onions. Good both ways. 5 forks.

I do love harvard beets. I used to make them years ago , my 2 kids really liked them, but I forgot what I did to them. thanks
