Harvard Beets

- 1 (16 oz) can beets shopping list
- 1/2 c white or cider vinegar shopping list
- 3/4 c white sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbs cornstarch shopping list
- 1 Tbs butter shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Drain the beet liquid into a medium saucepan. To the liquid,add vinegar,sugar,cornstarch and salt. Bring to a boil over med-high heat. Reduce heat to medium;stir in beets and butter and cook till heated through.
