Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup thickly diced olives, ready to eat
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili, powdered
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin, grounded
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cream, not sweetened
  • 1/2 cup of diced onion, green
  • French bread, cut into 4 long slices size 1/2inch thickness, each oval slice cut into halves
  • 1 long tomato, wedge
  • 1/2 kg lean slices deli turkey breast, roasted
  • 1 avocado, peel off , seeded , ripened & cut into slices
  • 3 qrt cup diced cheese, cheddar
  • 3 qrt cup diced cheese, peferably Monterey Jack
  • Lettuce
  • Salsa

Directions
  1. Make an olive combination by mixing the first four ingredients in a standard sink and remove 2 tbsp to set aside.
  2. Add the next three ingredients , then lay some of the mixture over each 1/2 of sandwich.
  3. Display on the sandwich, tomato and turkey.
  4. Then, add the rest of mayonnaise combination before adding the peeled avocado and chese.Finally oven bake (350F) the filled sandwiches displayed on oven trays. Cook for about 1/4 hour .
  5. Remove when it’s cooked inside and display the the olive combination.
  6. Display the tasty sandwiches on lettuce leaves and serve together with salsa.
