This is a very popular German salad that is enjoyed during Oktoberfest and any time of the year. In German it is called Rohkostsalat. ENJOY!

Ingredients
- 2-3 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium apple, unpeeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup raisins, I like golden raisins
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 3/4 - 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- Prepare cabbage and apple.
- Use 1 Tbsp. lemon juice to wet diced apple to prevent darkening.
- Toss shredded cabbage, raisins, and apple.
- Mix fruit juices, salt, and sugar.
- Add sour cream, stir until smooth and add to the salad.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
