Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine beef,chorizo,salt & pepper,and onion and mix together in a bowl.
  • Divide mixture into four large patties or 8 smaller patties.
  • grill over medium heat in a oven proof pan(can cook on outside grill, or stove top grill if preferred)
  • cook 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • place covered pan into a 250 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and place two slices of cheese along with bacon on top of patties.
  • Transfer patties to buns, that you have dressed with all the fixings that you like.)
