Seafood Linguine Mornay

- 2 Tbsp margarine, divided shopping list
- 1 cup broccoli florets shopping list
- 1/2 cup each sliced mushrooms and diced onion shopping list
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 cups skim milk shopping list
- 2 oz each swiss cheese, shredded and grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 4 oz each cooked crabmeat and cooked shrimp shopping list
- 2 cups cooked linguine shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat 1 Tbsp margarine until bubbly and hot; add broccoli, mushrooms, and onion. Cook, stirring quickly and frequently until vegetables are tender crisp. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat remaining margarine until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with flour and stir quickly to combine. Cook , stirring constantly for one minute. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Gradually stir in milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
- Add cheese and cook, stirring frequently, until melted.
- Return sauteed vegetables to skillet; add crabmeat, shrimp and linguine and toss to combine and until thoroughly heated through.

Sign me up for anything "Mornay" Sounds very flavorful. Wouldn't have thunk it to be a WW. Saved for a Mornay day ;-)
