Cheesy Bacon Snack Bread

- 1 lb loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed according to package directions. shopping list
- 2 Tbsp Land O' Lakes butter, melted shopping list
- 1/2 tsp onion salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke, if desired shopping list
- 8 oz pkg (2 cups) Land O' Lakes Chedarella cheese, shredded shopping list
- 5 slices (1/3 cup ) crispy bacon, crumbled shopping list
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Press room temperature dough into greased 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan.
- Combine melted butter, onion salt and liquid smoke in a small bowl. Brush evenly over dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in size (45 to 60 minutes).
- Prick dough carefully all over with fork.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until edges of dough are golden brown and cheese begins to brown.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Cool 10 minutes and cut into serving pieces. Serve warm.
