Creamy Peach Cheesecake

CREAMY PEACH CHEESECAKE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Kilgore Estate in Little Elm, Texas in 1988.
Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 cups whipped topping shopping list
- 2 cups fresh peaches sliced shopping list
- 1-3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 3 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cream cheese, extract and sugar and mix well then stir in 1 cup whipped topping.
- Place 1 cup sliced peaches at bottom of crust then spread cheese mixture over peaches.
- Place remainder of peaches on top of cream cheese mixture.
- Combine milk and pudding then stir until smooth and add 1 cup whipped topping and mix well.
- Place mixture over peaches and chill for several hours before serving.
