Creamy Peach Cheesecake Recipe
CREAMY PEACH CHEESECAKE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Kilgore Estate in Little Elm, Texas in 1988.

Ingredients
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 cups fresh peaches sliced
  • 1-3/4 cup milk
  • 3 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions
  1. Combine cream cheese, extract and sugar and mix well then stir in 1 cup whipped topping.
  2. Place 1 cup sliced peaches at bottom of crust then spread cheese mixture over peaches.
  3. Place remainder of peaches on top of cream cheese mixture.
  4. Combine milk and pudding then stir until smooth and add 1 cup whipped topping and mix well.
  5. Place mixture over peaches and chill for several hours before serving.
