How to make it

  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add shrimp, garlic and green onions and cook until shrimp is pink, about 5 minutes.
  • Place shrimp into a dish and set aside.
  • In the skillet, add wine, cream, tomatoes, basil and cayenne pepper.
  • Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 10 minutes. You know it is done when the sauce will coat the back of a spoon.
  • Add shrimp to heat and salt and pepper to taste.
