Hot Crab Fondue

- 3 packages of cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonaise shopping list
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry white wine like Chardonnay or 1/4 cup of sherry but I prefer the white wine shopping list
- juice of half a lemon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest shopping list
- 1 pound lump crabmeat, canned shopping list
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced shopping list
- baguette, cut into cubes shopping list
- toothpicks for stabbing bread and dipping in fondue shopping list
How to make it
- Over a double boiler, heat cream cheese, mayonaise, mustard, garlic powder, Old Bay, and lemon zest until cheese has melted.
- Then stir in wine and lemon juice.
- Add crabmeat carefully so that you have big chunks.
- To serve, transfer to a fondue pot with the bread and toothpicks.
