CHEEZY MAJESTIC CHICKEN

- 4 boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan shopping list
- 2 tbsp dill shopping list
- 1 tbsp garlic powder shopping list
- 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 eggs; beaten shopping list
- vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- SAUCE shopping list
- 2 cups plain yogurt shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 can cream of asparagus soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 tbsp dill shopping list
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Using a meat mallet, flatten breasts to about 3/4-inch.
- Season the breadcrumbs with dill,salt and garlic powder then stir in the parmesan.
- Place breadcrumbs on a plate.
- Pepper the breasts, and dip them into the beaten eggs, then the crumbs.
- Fry them until lightly browned in the hot oil.
- Place into baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with cheddar.
- SAUCE:
- Mix all sauce ingredients and season to taste with salt, pepper.
- Pour over chicken in baking pan.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly, slightly browned. ENJOY!
