How to make it

  • Using a meat mallet, flatten breasts to about 3/4-inch.
  • Season the breadcrumbs with dill,salt and garlic powder then stir in the parmesan.
  • Place breadcrumbs on a plate.
  • Pepper the breasts, and dip them into the beaten eggs, then the crumbs.
  • Fry them until lightly browned in the hot oil.
  • Place into baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle with cheddar.
  • SAUCE:
  • Mix all sauce ingredients and season to taste with salt, pepper.
  • Pour over chicken in baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly, slightly browned. ENJOY!
