How to make it

  • in large cooking pot, put wine garlic and dry redpeppers, bring to simmer. add mussels and cook uncovered till they start to open
  • about 3 minutes. as they start to open sp[rinkle agreesively with chopped parsley and corse grind black pepper. once they are full open, remove from heat ,drizzle with olive oil. and serve immediately
  • a lot of crusty bread and good appreciative friends and few bottles of nicely chilled white wine
  • ET VOILA....................cant be any simpler
