One of my Christmas candy recipes I never got around to posting. I got this recipe from a lady I worked with. It is really the easiest, simple way to make creamy fudge. Truly foolproof!

Ingredients
- 18 oz. (3 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional
Directions
- Butter 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
- In medium glass bowl, mix together chocolate chips and milk. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring after each minute or until melted and smooth. If still not melted, microwave in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Remove from microwave, stir in vanilla and nuts, if using. Pour into prepared pan and let set until cool. Cut into 1-inch squares.
