This is my version of a delicious dish.
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. beef shopping list
- 3/4 lb. pork shopping list
- 5-6 cloves finely chopped garlic shopping list
- 4 slices of bread shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated cheese shopping list
- 1 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 4-5 good shakes of red pepper flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Get bread wet and squeeze out in strainer
- combine all ingredients in bowl
- form into balls
- preheat olive oil and fry
