How to make it

  • in a pot, put 2 tablespoons of oliveoil garlic,sage and shredded
  • red pepper. saute for 30 seconds.pour in 1 quart. bring to boil and simmer for about 15 minutes. put in some salt. wisk in the 2 egg yols in a bowl. fish out the sage leaves and the garlic slivers. stir the eggs in the soup. drizzle the bread with the extra virgin olive oil. place at bottom of soup dish and ladle soup mix on top.
  • this is not a meal for romance unless you both are garlic lovers
