Taste of Home says, "you can't eat just one...so good." I like to serve a couple different nut - things when we have people over.

Ingredients
  • 2 egg whites,lightly beaten
  • 3 T orange juice
  • 2 C pecan halves
  • 1 1/2 C confectioner sugar
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 2 T grated orange peel
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 3/4 t ground cloves
  • 1/4 t gr allspice
  • 1/8 t salt

Directions
  1. in large bowl, mix egg whites and orange juice
  2. add nuts, drain
  3. in 2nd bowl,mix remaining ingredients. add nut s tuff and toss to coat.
  4. Spread in greased 15X10 pan
  5. Bake at 250 degrees , until dry and lightly browned. cool completely.
  6. store in air-tight container.
