Veal A La Creme

- 1 lb. boneless veal, cut into 1/2 inch cubes shopping list
- 3 tbls. olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter shopping list
- 1 tbls. shallots, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tbls. parsley, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Salt and pepper veal
- In skillet, heat oil to medium heat
- Add veal and saute until just done
- Remove from pan
- Add butter to pan and melt
- Add shallots and cook until tender
- Add wine and reduce by half
- Add broth and reduce by half
- Stir in cream and cooked veal
- Bring to almost boil
- Remove from heat
- Garnish with parsley
