marilyns mac and cheese

this recipe from Country Living Magazine, seems so tasty. My husband loves mac and cheese. But,I sometimes find it boring.[i add hot sauce to mine!] don't tell anyone!! lol
Ingredients
- 2 C shell macoroni shopping list
- 1/4 C each---grated sharp cheese, montery Jack, and provolone. shopping list
- 1/2 C sour cream shopping list
- 15 -oz can stewed tomatos, drained and cut up shopping list
- 1 T butter shopping list
- 2 t fresh oregano shopping list
How to make it
- heat oven to 350degrees
- cook macoroni, drain, and put in a 4 c casserole dish
- add remaining ingredients and bake till bubbling, about 30 min.
