How to make it

  • Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 15 minutes then drain and mash.
  • Stir in butter, milk, salt and pepper then let cool 10 minutes and stir in eggs.
  • Spoon mixture into a large decorating bag fitted with a large star tip.
  • Pipe 14 rosettes onto a lightly greased baking sheet then drizzle with butter and paprika.
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes then serve immediately.
