Flourless Double Chocolate Pecan Cookies

No flour great for people with Celiac disease
Ingredients
- 3 cups confectioners sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup dutch process cocoa powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. coarse salt shopping list
- 5 oz. bittersweet chocolate,chopped shopping list
- 1 and 1/2 cups chopped pecans shopping list
- 4 large egg whites (room temperature) shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT oven 325 degrees
- in a large bowl,whisk together sugar,cocoa,and salt
- stir in chocolate and pecans
- drop by 1/4 cupfulls, 3 inches apart onto two parchment-lined rimmed baking sheets
- Bake until cookie cookie tops are dry and cackled,rotating shhets halfway through
- Transfer sheets to wire racks cool completely
- store in airtight containers up to 3 days.
