Ingredients

2 lb bag frozen hash brown potatoes

1 pt sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

8 oz shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup melted butter

1 cup crushed corn flakes

Directions

Place ecerything in a 9 x 12 inch baking dish except butter and cornflakes

Sprinkle butter and cornflakes on top for ingredients and bake 375F until hot and bubby

Suitable for family brunch, breakfast , pot lucks etc.

I have one that is similar to this except I also add cubed ham and a veg. I generally use cheddar or whatever cheese I have on hand. We just made it for dinner last week.
