THIS DISH REMINDS ME OF SUNDAY DINNER WITH THE FAMILY. HAS YOUR MEAT,VEGGIES AND STARCH ALL IN ONE SKILLET. GREAT WITH A SIDE SALAD AND FRENCH BREAD. MY HUSBAND RAVED OVER THIS DISH.

Ingredients
  • TBL UNSALTED BUTTER
  • 4 1/2 INCH CENTER CUT PORKCHOPS
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 8 BABY CREMINI MUSHROOMS(MORE IF YOU LIKE)
  • I SMALL ONION CHOPPED
  • I GARLIC CLOVE MINCED
  • 1 STALK CELERY CHOPPED
  • 8 SMALL RED POTATOES CUT IN HALVE
  • 1 SMALL BAG OF BABY CARROTS
  • I CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
  • 1/4 CUP WATER
  • MRS DASH ORIGINAL SEASONING TO TASTE

Directions
  1. MELT 1 TBL BUTTER IN LARGE NON STICK SKILLET.
  2. SALT AND PEPPER CHOPS.
  3. SAUTE TILL GOLDEN BROWN BOTH SIDES(DO NOT OVER COOK)
  4. REMOVE FROM SKILLET: SET ASIDE.
  5. CHOP UP ALL VEGGIES AND SAUTE IN SAME SKILLET CHOPS WHERE DONE IN(CAN ADD OTHER TBL BUTTER IF NEEDED)
  6. ADD CHOPS BACK TO SKILLET.
  7. IN BOWL MIX CAN OF SOUP AND WATER
  8. POUR OVER CHOPS AND VEGGIES
  9. SEASON WITH MRS DASH(OR WHAT EVER YOU LIKE).
  10. TURN HEAT TO LOW AND SIMMER TILL CHOPS ARE DONE.
