German bavarian tater Salad

- 4 cups potatoes shopping list
- 2 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup onion chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 2 tbs. lemon juice shopping list
- pepper as desired shopping list
How to make it
- Potatoes should be sliced and peeled 1/4 inch thick
- Chicken Broth may be hommade or commercial
- Boil potatoes with broth 1/4 tsp. salt for 5-8 minutes till tender Drain
- Toss warm potatoes and vegetable oil and onions.
- Dissolve remaining 1/4 tsp salt and the sugar in lemon juice Pour over potatoes
- Marinate salad 1-2 hours before serving. Serve at room Temperature
