How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 then mix crumbs and butter and press firmly into bottom of spring form pan.
  • Bake 10 minutes then remove from oven and set aside to cool.
  • Beat cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  • Add melted chocolate and liqueur then mix well.
  • Add eggs 1 at a time mixing on low after each addition just until blended then pour over crust.
  • Bake 55 minutes then run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake and cool before removing rim.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight then top with powdered sugar and berries just before serving.
