Garlicy flavor kinda wakes up the beef.

Ingredients
  • 4 lb Beef Roast
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, peeled & crushed
  • 1 Cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Basil, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper

Directions
  1. Combine oil, garlic, bread crumbs,parsley, basil, salt & pepper. Toss to combime well.
  2. Sprinkle Garlic/Herb mixture on top of roast.
  3. Cover and bake at 325 degres for 48-60 minutes , or until roast is tender.
