mozarella with pimentos on toast

- Serves 6
toasted baquette slices topped with melted cheese and slices pimentos
Ingredients
- i french baguette diagonally sliced into 24 slices shopping list
- i large package of whole mozzarella in brine shopping list
- i jar of pimentos or grilled peppers thinly sliced shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- jar of pesto shopping list
How to make it
- preheat grill to 425 degrees. toast slices on one side till golden
- take out of oven. on the nontoasted side, put a slice of mozzarella
- followed by slices of the pepper an a teaspoon of pesto. season with salt and pepper. place tray under the grill till cheese melts and start bubbling.... take tray and serve
