Ingredients
  • 1 premade chocolate cookie crumb crust:
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Maraschino Cherries, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, grated or finely chopped
  • Chocolate Curls for garnish (Optional)

Directions
  1. Chill metal mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for a couple of hours before making recipe. (This is to help form fluffier peaks when whipping the heavy cream)
  2. In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, heat the marshmallow creme, walnuts, cherries, and milk, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Transfer to a large bowl and cool completely.
  5. In the chilled bowl, using an electric mixer, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Fold the grated chocolate and whipped cream into the marshmallow mixture.
  7. Pour into the crust and spread evenly.
  8. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with chocolate curls (optional).
