Pumpkin Dessert

These three-layer pumpkin squares make the kitchen smell wonderful! Favorites during the fall season.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg (18-1/4oz) yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1/2 c butter shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1 can 930oz.) pumpkin pie mix shopping list
- 1 can (5oz) evaporated mik shopping list
- 2 eggs,slightly beaten shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 1/2 c sugar shopping list
- 1/4 c all purpose flour shopping list
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl,combine cake mix,butter and egg until crumbly. Set aside 2/3 c for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture into 9X13" baking dish.
- For filling, in large bowl,combine the pumpkin pie filling,milk and eggs;pour over crust.
- For topping,combine sugar,flour,cinnamon and reserved crumb mixture;sprinkle over pumpkin layer.
- Bake at 350 for 45-50 mins. or until top is golden brown. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

I love this time of year when all the seasonal, are they fruits, come out to play!!! Pumpkin is one of my favorites!!
