HINT O LICORICE COCONUT COOKIES Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt into a bowl.
  • Stir in unbeaten eggwhites and extract.
  • Mix well.
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls about 1-inch apart onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  • Press a piece of cherry in each cookie.
  • Bake at 325F for 20-25 minutes or until edges are brown.
  • Remove from sheets and cool on rack.
