How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • dip chicken breats in flour, then in eggs
  • Place in a greased dish large enough to allow a little space between breasts, such as a 9x12 dish
  • Stir Parmesan with bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle over each breast
  • Loosely cover dish with foil and bake in centre of preheated oven for 20 minutes
  • add salt and pepper to 2 cans of Alymers tomatoes
  • uncover chicken and continue baking until crumbs are brown
  • heap tomatoe mixture onto each breat and return to oven for 3 to 4 minutes
