Delicious sun-dried tomato and ricotta filled crescent rolls.

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls(8oz)
  • 8 tsp. sun-dried tomato spread
  • 4 tsp ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg,beaten
  • 1 tsp poppy seed

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375. Seperate dough into 8 triangles. Place 1 tsp tomato spread on short side of each triangle. Top each with 1/2 tsp ricotta cheese.
  2. Roll up,starting at short side of triangle and rolling to oposite point. Place point side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Curve into crescent shape. Brush tops and sides with egg;sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  3. Bake 10 to 13 mins. or till golden brown. Cool 5 mins before serving.
