Breakfast Smoothie

- 1 large banana shopping list
- 1 orange, may substitute with 1/2 cup orange juice shopping list
- 6 strawberries, fresh or frozen shopping list
- 1 cup low-fat milk, I will be using soy milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup ice shopping list
How to make it
- Wash fruit well.
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!!

- Easy breakfast and a good source of calcium, vitamin C, and fiber.

- And just in case you want to know. Yes I did get every thing today for this at my food pantry except the ice! We have one of the best pantry;s that I have every seen!
