Blend of Bayou Seafood Casserole

- 8 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 lb. peeled shrimp shopping list
- 1 large onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 ribs celery, chopped shopping list
- 2 tbsp. butter shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can mushrooms, drained shopping list
- ½ red bell pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. Tabasco shopping list
- ½ tsp. red pepper shopping list
- 1 pt. crabmeat (one can) shopping list
- 1 ½ cup cooked rice shopping list
- cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- cracker crumbs shopping list
- 2 tablespoon cajun seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Melt cream cheese and butter using double boiler. Saute shrimp, onion, bell pepper, celery in 2 tablespoons butter. Add to the first mixture. Add soup, mushrooms, seasonings, crabmeat, and rice. Mix well, place in 2 quart casserole and top with cheese and crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly.
