How to make it

  • Combined pork and next 10 ingredients{Pork through the mustard}
  • in large bowl .In seperate bowl soak bread in milk[remove bread from milk ,squeezing extra milk out.Add bread and excess milk to meat mixture mix well.
  • Shape mixture into 24 golf ball size meatballs dredge in flour
  • Heat oil Dutch oven Add meatballs,Brown on all sides remove drain on paper towels
  • Add oil Garlic and Onions to pan saute till golden {5 Minutes}
  • Add wine ,stir to lossen brown bits cook untill liquid is absorbed{10-15 minutes}Add broth and tomatoes stir breaking up tomatoes a bit.Add bay leaf simmer {30 minutes}
  • Add meatballs to sauce cook 1 hour
  • Just before serving add Olives,Fresh herbs and oregano Stir to combined. Serves 8.
