Here I go again with another old Weight Watcher recipe...lol. This one is a tried and true winner...a must try!

Ingredients
  • 8 oz lump crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp plus 2 tsp reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp Djion mustard
  • 2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce ( l like more!)
  • 4 oz Italian bread, cut into 16 slices

Directions
  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Line a broiler pan with foil.
  3. Pick over crabmeat to remove any cartilage.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the crabmeat, bell pepper, mayonnaise, parsley, chives, lime juice, mustard, Parmesan cheese and hot sauce and blend well.
  5. Spread 1 Tbsp of the crab mixture on each slice of bread.
  6. Place crostini on the broiler pan and broil 4 inches from the heat for 5 to 6 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  7. Serving size: 2 crostini
  8. 88 calories, 7 g protein, 2 g fat, p g carbohydrates, 30 mg cholesterol, 255 mg sodium.
