Crab Crostini

- 8 oz lump crabmeat shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper shopping list
- 2 Tbsp plus 2 tsp reduced calorie mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives shopping list
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1 Tbsp Djion mustard shopping list
- 2 tsp grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 4 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce ( l like more!) shopping list
- 4 oz Italian bread, cut into 16 slices shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the broiler.
- Line a broiler pan with foil.
- Pick over crabmeat to remove any cartilage.
- In a medium bowl, combine the crabmeat, bell pepper, mayonnaise, parsley, chives, lime juice, mustard, Parmesan cheese and hot sauce and blend well.
- Spread 1 Tbsp of the crab mixture on each slice of bread.
- Place crostini on the broiler pan and broil 4 inches from the heat for 5 to 6 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Serving size: 2 crostini
- 88 calories, 7 g protein, 2 g fat, p g carbohydrates, 30 mg cholesterol, 255 mg sodium.
