How to make it

  • Preheat the broiler.
  • Line a broiler pan with foil.
  • Pick over crabmeat to remove any cartilage.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the crabmeat, bell pepper, mayonnaise, parsley, chives, lime juice, mustard, Parmesan cheese and hot sauce and blend well.
  • Spread 1 Tbsp of the crab mixture on each slice of bread.
  • Place crostini on the broiler pan and broil 4 inches from the heat for 5 to 6 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  • Serving size: 2 crostini
  • 88 calories, 7 g protein, 2 g fat, p g carbohydrates, 30 mg cholesterol, 255 mg sodium.
