How to make it

  • choppe the fish as small as you can
  • place in large bowl squeeze lime juice over fish and mix
  • add oregano and mix
  • next add the remaining ingredients mix and let stand for 30 minuts
  • serve on tostadas with chopped avocado and your favorite hot sauce
  • (in mexico we also spread mayonnaise on the tostada before we put the ceviche on it:))
  • you can also substitute shrimp for the fish and it is very good
