My Grandma Teresa used to make this for us when we would visit her. This was a favorite of mine as a kid. She always served it with mashed potatoes and homemade bread.

Ingredients
- 1 Round of Steak cut in 6 pieces(sorry I do not have the exact weight..) You can use Sirloin, Chuck or Flatiron steak.
- Flour
- 1 can peas
- 1 small onion
- Vegetable or olive oil
- 1 can of crushed Tomtoes
Directions
- In a skillet saute' the onions in the oil.
- Dredge steak in flour
- Brown skillet.
- Remove to baking dish, add tomatoes cover tightly with foil.
- Bake in 350* for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
- Add peas last 20 minutes of cooking time.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.
