Teresa Murphys Spanish Steak Recipe

Ingredients

1 Round of Steak cut in 6 pieces(sorry I do not have the exact weight..) You can use Sirloin, Chuck or Flatiron steak.

Flour

1 can peas

1 small onion

Vegetable or olive oil

1 can of crushed Tomtoes

Directions

In a skillet saute' the onions in the oil.

Dredge steak in flour

Brown skillet.

Remove to baking dish, add tomatoes cover tightly with foil.

Bake in 350* for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.

Add peas last 20 minutes of cooking time.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
