    I have been thinking of makin scones ever since the other day I had a really bad tasting one at Starbucks. (I don't normally go there, but they had free coffee and I was able to spend 30 minutes alone with my husband that way.) I am under the impression they should be light and fluffy not hard as a rock and dry. Could I leave out or substitute something for the chocolate, my daughter can't eat chocolate?
