Ingredients

8 pork leg cutlets delicated

1 1/2 cups bread crumbs

1 tbsp seasoning salt

rind of 1 lemon

1 cup of flour

3 eggs

dash of pepper

oil for frying

Directions

mix the bread crumbs ,seasoning salt ,lemon rind and pepper together set aside

beat the eggs in a bowl set aside

put flour on a plate set aside

dip each cutlet in the flour first ,then the eggs then in the bread crumb mixture ,place in frying pan for 3-5 minutes on each side pace on paper towel to absorb excess grease

top with remaining lemon juice if desired
