I had 3 recipes and took a little from this one and a little from that one, and WHALA, Janet's pizza dough

Ingredients
  • 1 cup warm water (80 -90 degrees)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1-1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dry milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups flour (All purpose)
  • 1 cup Semolina Flour
  • 1 tbsp corn meal
  • 3 tsp yeast
  • (optional) add some Italian seasonings to the dough))

Directions
  1. I made my in my bread machine, but those out there that are bread makers-go for it!!!
  2. If using bread machine, add ingredients to specs of your machine,
  3. remove when done, put dough in a greased bowl and cover. Rise in warm area till ready to roll out.
  4. If by hand, mix water with yeast (wait 5-10 minutes)
  5. Add all other ingredients and mix, add yeast,
  6. Mix till forms a dough ball
  7. Remove and knead 8-10 minutes
  8. Then put in greased bowl, cover & rise
  9. Roll out and put in pan sprinkled with a little corn meal.
  10. Make your pizza to your likings

NO!!, not Pizza dough!, flour, water, oil, yeast, finito!


Americans!, you know nothing and must always add and add obscuring what you try vainly to reproduce!, you have principle K.I.S.S. Keep it simple stupid!!!!, when you recreate recipe from another place follow the original! not some home invetion of amateur fool who not know how to cook!!,


I beg to differ. After searching the Net, some pizza chefs do add other sweeteners to the dough such as honey etc.

When I joined this group, I have an open mind to peoples posts!
