Orange Chicken Florentine

Really tasty,cheesy,and great dinner for two!
Ingredients
- juice from 1 orange shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- A good dry white wine shopping list
- 2 small chicken breast boneless,skinless,pounded thin shopping list
- 2 oz. cooked spinach,seasoned with butter and garlic powder shopping list
- 2 slices of thin Prosiutto ham shopping list
- 2 slices of provolone cheese shopping list
- egg wash shopping list
- flour shopping list
- 6 mushrooms,sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup of pine nuts shopping list
- 2 slices of mozzarella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the orange juice,cream,garlic powder,wine,salt & pepper.
- REDUCE until medium-thick sauce consistancy.
- Wrap chicken around spinach,ham,and the Provolone cheese.
- Dip each roll in eggwash.
- Flour each roll.
- Saute' in pan,in oil,untill chicken is done.
- Place rolls in a baking dish.
- Top with mushrooms,pine nuts,orange sauce,and Mozzerella cheese.
- Bake for 10-20 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.
- Serve with a fresh salad and rolls.
- Enjoy!
