How to make it

  • In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the sour cream, extracts and cinnamon until smooth. Add milk; mix well. Add pudding mix; with a mixer beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with fruit.
  • 1 serving is ¼ cup dip
  • Calories per serving: 118, Fat: 2g, Cholesterol: 8mg, Sodium: 211mg, Carbohydrate: 21g
  • Diabetic Exchange: 1 ½ starch
