CREAMY FRUIT DIP

After one taste of this delightful dip, your fruit tray won't seem complete without it. Adapted from Judith Reed posted in Light and Tasty Dec/Jan of 2003
Ingredients

- 1 package ( 8-oz ) 1/3 less fat cream cheese shopping list
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup ( 8-oz ) reduced- fat sour cream shopping list
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 tsp. lemon extract shopping list
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 cup cold 2% milk shopping list
- 1 package ( 3.4 -oz ) instant vanilla pudding mix shopping list
- Assorted fresh fruit shopping list
How to make it
- In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the sour cream, extracts and cinnamon until smooth. Add milk; mix well. Add pudding mix; with a mixer beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with fruit.
