Ingredients
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained.
  • 4 oz can mushrooms, drained and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kraft mayonnaise (or Kraft light mayonnaise)
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 24 party rye bread slices, toasted
  • 6 slices of American cheese, quartered

Directions
  1. Combine spinach, mushrooms, mayonnaise, peppers, onions and dill; mix well.
  2. Cover each bread slice with one tablespoon spinach mixture and cheese quarter.
  3. Place on ungreased cookies sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
