Dress it up how you like it, but this is how mama made it.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 2 cups Frozen corn
  • 4 cups Prepared mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Brown beef with salt & pepper, spread in a 9 x 14 inch pan.
  2. Spread the corn on top of the beef.
  3. Spread the prepared potatoes on top of corn.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Top with cheddar and melt it in the oven for a few minutes.
