Sand Lake Chopped Liver

- 1 lb calves liver shopping list
- 3 hard boiled eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup minced onion shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed shopping list
- 1/2 cup minced sweet green pepper shopping list
- 4 tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Grill or broil the calves liver 3-4 minutes on each side
- Saute the onion, garlic and green pepper until well softened
- Minced the cooked liver and the hard boiled eggs and mix together well in a large bowl.
- Add the cooked vegetables to the liver mixture and sprinkle the cajun seasoning on top - mix very, very well.
- Use Pam to grease cups well and divide the mixture into the cups. Press the mixture down firmly in the cups.
- Cover the cups with saran wrap and refridgerate over night.
- Serve the chilled chopped liver with black bread or crackers as makes you happy.
