  • Ingredients:
  • 1 package ( 8-oz ) 1/3 less fat Cream cheese
  • 2 to 3 Tbs. picante sauce
  • 1 to 2 Tbs. prepared horseradish
  • 1 can ( 6-oz ) crab-meat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
  • Celery sticks

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, picante sauce and horseradish; mix well. Stir in the crab. Serve with celery.
  2. Serving Size ¼ cup
  3. Calories per serving: 119, Fat: 7g, Cholesterol: 46mg, Sodium: 257mg, Carbohydrate:4g,
