can i use chicken instead? and if i can, is there any special way i need to do for the preparation of chicken, like using boiled ones and shredding them?

my friends brought me to a place here that serves kebab; i had the chicken kebab instead of beef and i was delicious.

I have a friend from Pakastan who is a marvelous cook. He was the one that introduced me to 'grating' onions and I love the result. He made something similar to this and it was wonderful - I look forward to trying this.
